We’re working exclusively with a well-established business that’s looking for a Finance Manager to join their Lancaster-based team. You’ll be the right hand to the Divisional Finance Director a trusted voice in the room when big commercial decisions are being made.
What you’ll be doing:
- Full ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Supporting the senior management team with insight that drives decisions
- Reviewing site valuations and cost forecasts (this bit really matters)
- Managing a small team to keep everything running smoothly
- Making sure Group deadlines and policies are hit without the usual drama
What you’ll need:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or nearly there)
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident communicator who enjoys being part of leadership discussions
- Solid Excel skills and familiarity with large finance systems (COINS a bonus)
